Váci Corner Offices is the first investment of the Slovakia-based HB Reavis Group in Hungary. In the 13^th district of Budapest they have built three levels of underground parking as well as office spaces over eight levels with a total area of 37,225 sqm, complete with an inner garden.

Construction of the category „A” office building with a net rentable area of 18,480 sqm began in September 2012. The construction supervision of all building trades, the building’s BREEAM certification, and several expert tasks related to such certification have been carried out by Óbuda Group.

By the time of its opening, Váci Corner Offices was the only building in Hungary to achieve a final BREEAM Excellent rating. An outstanding score of 74.6% made the building a one-of-its-kind.
