V17 Office Building is located on the edge of downtown, right by Lehel market. It has been designed to feature exceptional environmentally friendly solutions. Óbuda Group conducted a detailed feasibility study and cost analysis to investigate the cost-effectiveness of the various sustainable solutions, allowing for the building, with an optimum investment, to achieve high ratings in both the BREEAM and the LEED building certification system. Later, we incorporated the results of such analysis in the design brief as well to make sure that the selected solutions would be fully implemented during construction. In addition to costing and BREEAM assessment tasks, our group was in charge of construction supervision as well.
