Sidi Angel apartment house

A 325-apartment complex, Sidi Angel is a privately funded project completed in two phases in the 13th district of Budapest. The first 175 apartments and then the remaining 150  obtained their occupational permits at the end of 2015 and 2016, respectively. Our company was in charge of comprehensive technical project management and construction supervision with duties ranging from project preparation and management of the general contracting tender process to obtaining the occupational permits.
The working area of the building was delimited by watertight diaphragm walls, with three levels of underground parking and nine residential levels being built on reinforced concrete frame structure. The three parking levels accommodate nearly 400 parking spaces and storage units for the apartments. The ground floor has four entrance lobbies with stairs and several shops. Floors one to nine are home to the residential units in which most of the apartments also have a balcony, a terrace or a French balcony, and some even have a green terrace.
Sidi Angel is located amidst similar-style residential buildings, yet it has a fresh appearance owing to its explicitly diverse façade design. Balconies, parapets and set back façade walls give the building a dynamic look, supplemented by tastefully alternating surfaces of light pastel colours and rustic wall covers resembling reclaimed bricks.
