Mektec Manufacturing Corporation Europe HU Kft. (formerly enmech Hungary Kft.), a subsidiary of the NOK group of companies that has been operating in Pécel for quite a few years, relocated to a new factory building constructed as a greenfield investment near the previous site. In the building, which provides a workplace for nearly 1,000 employees, the final assembly of flexible circuits take place under controlled temperature and humidity requirements. The project was built in a challenging area, with the plans taking into account specific technological needs, while allowing for adaptation to changing needs, including factory expansion.

Óbuda Group assisted in the establishment of the project by providing a full range of project management, construction supervision and architecture and integrated design services, including not only the investment project, but also the fulfilment of territorial development and urban management contracts. Our assignment ranges from the formulation of the planning program, through site preparation works, planning and selection of a contractor, construction supervision all the way to post-warranty care.
