Knorr-Bremse Fékrendszerek Kft has relocated its existing production capacity in Kecskemét from a plant dating back to 1970 to a new building. Our group has conducted a feasibility study to investigate the costs, operating expenses, and payback period in the case of 16 different scenarios, including several systems using renewable energy, for the design of the building services for the new facility. We have considered both the available subsidies and the expected annual CO2 emissions. Following the decision of the investor, we have also prepared building services plans for a selected version, at the same level of detail as required for tender plans.
