One of the most characteristic development projects of the Danube bank is in progress in the northern part of Budapest, in District XIII., between the southern bank of Foka Bay and Rákos creek, close to Árpád Bridge and a few minutes’ walk from Dagály Bath. The area is also directly connected to the main branch of the Danube and the Foka Bay, as well as Rákos creek. The Investor has been paying attention to environmentally conscious working since the beginning of the construction works. The house is also outstanding in terms of energy management, which has already been assessed during the design by the international BREEAM system, and received Excellent certification. The development of the area includes construction of new flood protection works, complete civil engineering works, landscaping and road construction.
