Contracted by the investment joint venture comprising Morgan Stanley, Wing, and CC Real, we have conducted a comprehensive technical and environmental due diligence of MOM Park shopping centre. The transactional audit of the property has been carried out in accordance with the professional guidelines of RICS (Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors), with due regard to all aspects that may affect potential buyers in meeting their business goals. As part of the audit, we have defined for the owners the capital investment required for the preservation of the property and made technical recommendations for the development of their property. There is a gas engine energy centre on the property, to which we have paid special attention during due diligence as per our contract. Using scenario analysis we have identified the most efficient energy and facility management strategy for the future.
