K&H Bank’s new headquarter has been presented

The Óbuda Group has contributed with project management and technical consulting services to the construction of the new headquarter of K&H Bank. With its technical parameters and quality, the building created with environmental awareness is outstanding among the domestic office supply.

The „A+” category headquarter of K&H Bank presented at the end of November, has been built under the development of TriGranit Zrt.

Our leading designers, Alfred Peschka jr. and János Plájer's work was recognized by the International Real Estate Federation, FIABCI, by appreciating the design and development works of Bécsi Corner Office Building with Prix d’Excellence Award in the summer of 2011.

Construction works of AUDI factory are progressing well

The construction of the AUDI factory has begun in July 2011, with our company as subcontractor of Planen&Beraten GmbH, cooperating in construction management and technical supervision.

The total area of the buildings is 230.000 m2. Our task is to manage the design, construction permitting, construction management and technical control functions related to the chassis factory and assembly plant of the hungarian unit.
